If you train at a powerlifting, CrossFit, or weightlifting gym like JDI Barbell, you probably don’t have access to much equipment or machines. Building a more muscular upper-back can be challenging and no one wants to do heavy bent-over rows every day. Chest supported lay-forward rows are a great exercise to build a stronger and bigger back without much equipment.
