Jessica Goldberg is a yoga teacher here in New York City. She specializes in private yoga where she can really take the time to identify and develop strategies for movement and muscular inefficiencies. She helps her students find balance in their body and in their lives.
She’s also a teacher of Jill Miller’s Yoga Tune Up methods.
In this video, Jessica teaches Jesse some balance and relaxation techniques to help relieve some chronic shoulder pain and discomfort.
