James Wright joins Jesse again to explain how a more relaxed shoulder position can help increase efficiency and strength in the snatch. He learned this from his coach Yasha Kahn.

James Wright is a USAW level one coach and LWC referee. He has learned the Russian system of Olympic Weightlifting through some of the best Russian coaches and weightlifters and continues to collaborate with some of them. He is coached by Yasha Kahn
