Ever get frustrated with all the information out there on…everything? I used to. Still do. It seems there’s hundreds of different techniques and theory and methodology on just about everything in strength and fitness.
The volume of opinion on correcting movement and muscular inefficiencies is overwhelming. But what used to frustrate me the most was trying to sift through what I should do and when I should do it. Most people I see spend so much time on fixing everything that they have no time to get to their training.
I still don’t claim to have all the answers but this is a little drill I’ve had my Olympic weightlifters and powerlifters doing before they train. It addresses a huge problem caused my too much same plane of movement training and not enough tender-loving-care.
