Warm-ups should be focused on a few key things:
1. Warm up the tissues
2. Taking your body through your existing range of motion (not trying to establish new mobility)
3. Prepare your body to do work and perform well by doing movements and activities that resemble what you’re going to actually do during your training, without causing any excess fatigue.
That’s it. If you’re doing more than that you’re wasting your time and
